Lucknow, the city of Nawabs, known for its rich culinary heritage, is witnessing a new wave in the food industry with the launch of OrkEats, a cloud kitchen offering authentic Bihari-style non-veg delicacies. Founded by Prashant Pandey, an IIT Delhi MTech graduate, OrkEats is carving a niche for itself by delivering the flavors of Bihar through popular food delivery platforms like Swiggy and Zomato.
Prashant Pandey, driven by a passion for food and a desire to introduce the lesser-known but equally rich cuisine of Bihar to the Lucknow food scene, conceptualized OrkEats. The brand specializes in Bihari non-veg dishes like Litti Mutton, Champaran meat, and Bihari-style kebabs, which are slowly gaining popularity in the city.
Speaking about the venture, Pandey stated, “The culinary landscape of Lucknow is predominantly known for Awadhi cuisine, but there is an untapped market for regional specialties from Bihar. OrkEats aims to fill this gap by bringing traditional, home-style Bihari non-veg recipes to food enthusiasts.”
Operating as a cloud kitchen, OrkEats focuses on maintaining authenticity by using traditional ingredients and cooking methods. Customers can order the delicacies through Swiggy and Zomato, enjoying doorstep delivery of dishes that celebrate the bold, rustic flavors of Bihar.
With its unique offerings and quality, OrkEats has quickly become a go-to for non-veg lovers in Lucknow. Pandey’s innovative approach and dedication to bringing regional cuisine to the forefront are set to propel OrkEats to even greater success in the near future.
